Again, formatted to fit your desktop. I'm starting to love this camera. This was a beautiful scene coming back into town and I just had to stop and take a picture.
Unfortunately, the sun was behind me and I had to crop most of the picture out because of the shadows (pardon my head in the bottom). Anyways, it looks better like this in my opinion. This was taken from the opposite side of the river as my previous sunset picture was taken from, and you can see the river running across beneath the bridge if you look for it. |

The original shot covered the entire screen, or what is in the image seen as black and white, but since it was all shadows of me and the car at the bottom that I really didn't want, I just cropped the photo to balance the land and sky. The whole not having a zoom lens gives it a nice panoramic effect though.

coming back to it. at first i liked it.
and everytime i come back to it,
it grows on me a little more. all the
signs kind of ruin the peaceful image
but that can't be helped. of course
the car and that one tree that's not
in line with the rest are pissing me
off, but you can help that either.

The signs, however, I did intend on having in the picture (or at least the fog area one) although I'm not sure why. Right now I'm viewing it as humor value, but it may have been something completely different at the time.
